Small Delights Catering & Personal Chef was founded by Executive Chef Monica Bomberger. Chef Monica graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Hollywood, California with high honors. Chef Monica is also ServeSafe certified.
With an Argentinean heritage and her interest in exploring world cuisines, her passion drove her to pursue a culinary career and start her own business. Her passion for making traditional dishes and creating new ones is sure to satisfy customers looking to experience memorable meals with great flavors. Monica’s determination to be a successful chef is what has allowed her to work with some of the best chefs in the industry. Monica has done some volunteer work, including Glen Ivy Spa and also worked with Wolfgang Puck.
