Best Ceviche plate I've ever tasted! Chef Monica's Chipotle BBQ Meatballs are second to none as well! Great food that puts a smile on a hungry person's face! If you haven't tried her food, what are you waiting for?!

I recently attended a graduation party catered by Small Delights Catering. Chef Monica and her team were so professional. I loved the food presentation, every dish was fabulous!!!!
I especially enjoyed a conversation I had with Chef Monica at the event. She explained her philosophy about food and catering. Monica has a very strong philosophy about working closely with her clients to create an entire food experience that is perfect for each unique event.

Everything you could ever want from a caterer! The entire team was friendly and professional taking all of the stress out of the planning process. We are able to enjoy every moment of our special day with no worries. They thought of every detail and even had plates of dinner made for us so we would be able to enjoy our meal after visiting guests. Everyone raved about the food and our place setting were gorgeous. The linens matched our colors; they transformed a tent into a candlelit vintage themed venue. Chef Monica is absolutely incredible!!

2 weeks ago at a car dealership in Pasadena, my company and I were treated to big delights from Monica at Small Delights Catering!
One of the salesman (talk to Dave @ Hertz Car Sales in Pasadena if you want a rock bottom deal!) is married to Monica, and in return for such solid work detailing and maintaining the dealer lot of vehicles, they hooked us up with a great catered lunch.
Monica pulled up with the food already hot and ready and set up the chaffing dishes fast and orderly. Set up 4 huge pans and a big bowl, drinks, condiments, etc.... in about 10 minutes, which was super cool (I hate waiting).
And the food??!?? DELICIOUS! Because I'm consciously trying to be a better me, I requested a fruit platter with a nice selection of my favorite candies from nature. ALL fresh! And the strawberry's were as big as a 2 year olds fist. Ha! She also included a tangy chicken Asian salad, Cajun hot wings and her infamous chipotle meatballs which were requests from some of our staff at Exquisite Mobile Detailing. I was popping meatballs like they Cheetoh puffs. Apparently, that was too much because I really didn't want to think about work afterwards.
As I was talking to the chef, I found out something verrry interesting... Monica uses little to no salt for her recipes. Amazing because every dish was flavorful, and now I know, low in sodium. Great for healthy living, I say.
Monica is a GREAT chef with a lively attitude and even livelier taste to her dishes and I hope Small Delights Catering continues to grow and prosper.

Dear Monica,
I am writing this letter in regards to the great dinner party you catered for me and my family. I don’t even know where to start. It meant so much for me to give my son the best going away party. Your help was amazing, from giving me the best suggestion of what to include in our menu; to the awesome clean-up. Your professionalism was appreciated. The dinner was delicious, I especially loved the dinner salad and everything else was like icing on the cake. My guests gave me so many compliments on the entire presentation, from the appetizers to how great the food tasted. Our family has never experienced such fine dining in our own home. We really felt like we had a touch of class come in our own home and we sent our son off with a great memory of the entire night. I would like to thank you for your services; please plan on us using you in the future again.

Chef Monica catered our wedding 5 years ago and since then, I've referred them to several of my couples getting married. The food is always AMAZING and presented beautifully.
The catering staff is wonderful as well. I love working with Chef Monica

I had Chef Monica cater a lunch at work recently. Once speaking to her over the phone about what the guys liked at work, she emailed me a menu of different items. She delivered the food on time and was fun and out going to all of my employees. The food she served was outstanding and her professionalism was top notch. I would recommend Chef Monica and Small Delights Catering to all of my friends.

Chef Monica catered for our business lunch and I ate about 20 chipotle bbq meatballs which are excellent. I didn't want to eat that many so I only ate six at a time but I had six servings, so really I ate 36 chipotle bbq meatballs just didn't want to admit it. She also made a candy flavored drink which was quite good but I don't remember the name of it . You must give her a try! Thanks chef.

Chef Monica and her team are fantastic! They catered our dinner party and both the service and food were excellent. We had filet mignon, scallops, crab salad and appetizers and it was all delicious. Nice attention to detail, friendly/attentive staff - I would definitely use them again.
